She has over 30 years of cumulative commercial experience, commencing her career in professional training in 2000. Since then, she has initiated a wide breadth of people development projects in terms of assessing needs, originating solutions and delivering highly rated training programmes in diverse client settings in Greece, Cyprus, the Balkans, Italy, UK and Africa.

Her heart and field of expertise are primarily fixed on Interpersonal & Managerial Skills, Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence and Creativity. Increasingly allured by the facilitation of Decision-making workshops, she is a certified StrategicPlay® facilitator who enjoys blending analytical and creative thinking approaches with the aim to enable her clients craft novel conclusions and viable business solutions.

Charis holds an MBA on Strategic HR Management, a BCs in Political Science & Business Administration, a Grad Diploma in Visual Communication & Advertisement and various training & development-related certifications.
