Stella is passionate about unlocking human potential and creating inclusive workplaces where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow.

With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's in Education for People with Disabilities, Stella brings a unique blend of expertise in HR, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion.

She has worked in both corporate and consulting roles, delivering impactful talent initiatives and learning experiences. Her recent roles include designing inclusive leadership programs, facilitating development journeys, and training organizations on neurodiversity, intergenerational dynamics, and disability inclusion.

Stella is a Certified Trainer and Assessor, as well as a certified Points of You® Practitioner, using innovative tools to promote reflection and growth.

Her work is guided by a commitment to equity and belonging, and she thrives on helping individuals and teams turn challenges into opportunities for development. She enjoys designing and delivering workshops, coaching neurodiverse individuals, and supporting leaders in building psychologically safe and inclusive environments.

Fluent in Greek and English, and with working knowledge of German, Stella brings energy, empathy, and purpose to everything she does.
