About Valia

Valia believes that every individual is an incredibly versatile organism and can achieve anything they really desire.

She graduated from the Psychology Department of Panteion University and received her master's degree (M.Sc) in Clinical Neuropsychology in the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in collaboration with the Health Science Center, University of Texas, USA. She is currently completing her PhD in the field of Neuropsychology and Organizational Behavior at Panteion University, where she investigates the role of cognitive functions and emotional intelligence in leadership.

Valia is the author of more than 30 research publications in international conferences and international scientific journals.

Her research interests lie in the fields of organizational psychology, social neuroscience and human resource development.

Over 9 years, she has worked as a clinical neuropsychologist in the field of neuropsychological rehabilitation. She was a lecturer at private colleges where she taught psychology of learning, cognitive neuropsychology and biological bases of behavior. Now, she is a Neuropsychologist and Psychotherapist at private practice.

Her practice is based on the latest scientific findings in the psychology of learning, neuroscience and psychotherapy according to the international literature. She is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and a Certified Adult Trainer (EOPPEP).
